Low fat Chicken-Savory Chicken Breasts 

Low Fat Chicken Recipes Ingredients:

 * 1/4 cup ketchup or pureed tomatoes
 * 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce (Tamari assuming you have a wheat sensitivity)
 * 2 garlic cloves, squashed
 * 1 tbsp olive oil
 * 1/4 cup finely slashed scallions
 * 4 5-6 ounce skinless, boneless chicken bosoms

Guidelines : Combine ketchup, soy sauce, garlic, oil and scallions in a little bowl. Place chicken bosoms in a gallon-size resealable plastic sack. 
Pour marinade over chicken. Press out overabundance air and seal. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Preheat oven or barbecue. 

Eliminate chicken from marinade, and dispose of marinade. 
Sear or barbecue chicken for 6-7 minutes each side, until the interior temperature arrives at 165 degrees. Romanos-macaroni-grill-chicken.
