1/2 kg boneless chicken (cut as you like it)
2 1/2 cups yogurt
1 tsp cumin/zeera powder
1 tsp garlic glue
1/2 tsp red bean stew (rang) powder
Somewhat less than 1/4 tsp turmeric/haldi
1/4 tsp garam masala
Hardly any cut green chillies
2 onions, cleaved
1 tomato, slashed
Coriander passes on to decorate
2 tsp oil
1 tsp salt

1.Take the yogurt and blend in the cumin powder, garlic glue, garam masala, haldi and red bean stew powder. Blend in with hands. Put chicken into this and add cut chillies. Save to the side for 30 minutes.
2.Now hotness 2 tsp oil in dish and add onions. Cook till clear and delicate.
3.Add the tomatoes. Cook briefly and add all the chicken and marinade.
