Low Fat Chicken Recipes Ingredients:
* 1/4 cup ketchup or pureed tomatoes
* 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce (Tamari assuming you have a wheat sensitivity)
* 2 garlic cloves, squashed
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1/4 cup finely slashed scallions
* 4 5-6 ounce skinless, boneless chicken bosoms
